Additionally, we may decline certain requests depending on the content. I am appreciate your understanding in advance.

Submission of Your Request
Please provide a clear summary of your specific requirements. If you have any reference photos or illustrations, it will facilitate smoother communication of the desired concept.

Quotation
The order will be confirmed once the cost estimate, usage terms, and schedule conditions are agreed upon. Quotations are free of charge.

Production to Delivery
I will first present a draft proposal. Please be assured that we will refine the design until you are fully satisfied. Once the draft is approved, we will proceed with the final production. Please note that only one round of revisions is allowed at this stage.

Payment Terms
For individual clients, full payment is required upfront. (An invoice will be sent via email after the order is confirmed.) Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. For corporate clients, l will issue an invoice after the delivery of the final product. All invoices will be sent as PDF files.

To facilitate a smoother process, please provide the following details in advance
• Type of work (e.g., single illustration, character design, etc.)
• Size, resolution, and number of pieces
• Intended use
• Desired deadline
• Client information (company name, contact person, business details)
• Preferred file format for delivery (jpg, png, psd, ai supported)
